White Spanish Sweet Onion Seeds

150 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom white Spanish sweet onion seeds (Allium cepa) per packet. Produces large white globe onions that grow to a pound. Mildly sweet flavor. Can also harvest them early on as scallions. Great for soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and garnishes. Prefer full sun! Direct sow 2-3 seeds 0.25 in deep after last frost. Space 6 in apart. Prefer fertile, light, and well drained soil. Place in full sun. Germination takes 7-14 days. Or for indoors, start as early as 8-12 weeks before last frost. Keep soil moist and at room temp. Transplant outdoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Matures in 110 days. Warm zones can sow again in fall for winter harvests.
