I love that this tea even exists! I have intense inflammation hit me when I least expect it. I’m so sensitive to glyphosate that when I slip up I’m practically crippled. This tea when I brew it strong really seems to help.
I don’t know how you can tell if the anti-inflammatory part is working, but I do have less pain in my back so I’m going to attribute it to this tea. It’s also absolutely delicious so you should drink it even if you’re not inflamed!

Sugar cravings stopped day 2 of taking. It is now day 6 and I have absolutely no sugar cravings. I am however experiencing sugar withdrawals and forced myself to eat a cookie to calm myself down...
