How much is in each bag?

Each bag contains 2 ounces or 56.67 grams of loose herbs for a 30 day supply.

How should you brew the tea?

Combine 1 teaspoon of herbs into 8 ounces of water. Place the herbs in a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel strainer. You can steep the herbs for 5+ minutes or let them cold infuse for hours.
