How much is in each bag?

Each bag contains 2 ounces or 56.67 grams of loose herbs for a 30 day supply.

How to brew the tea?

Combine 1 teaspoon of herbs for every 8 ounces of water. For maximum potency, I recommend covering and simmering the herbs for 10-15 minutes. This will give you as much of the beneficial compounds as possible. You can re-steep the herbs two more times up to 12 hours after initially steeping.

What are the teas packaged in?

The teas are packed in bags that are 100% compostable and free of BPA/BPS, PLA, PFAS, & Phthalates. The labels are 100% compostable as well.

Where are the herbs grown?
