How much is in each bag?

Each bag contains 2 ounces or 56.67 grams of loose herbs for a 30 day supply.

How to brew the tea?

Combine 1 teaspoon of herbs for every 8 ounces of water. For maximum potency, I recommend steeping the herbs for 10-20 minutes in boiling water. This will give you as much of the beneficial compounds as possible. You can re-steep the herbs two times up to 12 hours after initially steeping.

What are the teas packaged in?

The teas are packed in bags that are 100% compostable and free of BPA/BPS, PLA, PFAS, & Phthalates. The labels are 100% compostable as well.

Where are the herbs grown?

The herbs are all regeneratively grown or wild crafted from small American permaculture farms without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. The herbs are picked, dried, combined, and shipped to your door.

How long does this last?

The teas are freshest and most potent when consumed within 120 days of opening and can last a year.
