Yellow Sweet Spanish Onion Seeds

200 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom yellow sweet Spanish onion seeds (Allium cepa) per packet. One of the easiest onion varieties to grow at home. Produces uniform, golden brown colored onions with mildly sweet and spicy white flesh inside. Heat tolerant as it originates in Spain. Great to sauté and cook. Direct sow 2-3 seeds 0.25 in deep after last frost. Space 6 in apart. Prefer fertile, light, and well drained soil. Place in full sun. Germination takes 7-14 days. Or for indoors, start as early as 8-12 weeks before last frost. Keep soil moist and at room temp. Transplant outdoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Matures in 110 days. Warm zones can sow again in fall for winter harvests.
