My Health Forward has compiled the largest map of farm to table restaurants across the country with 1,800+ locations and counting. With over 40,000+ monthly visitors, the map is the leading resource to drive traffic to your farm-to table-restaurant.

Starting in 2026, My Health Forward began offering certifications for farm-to-table restaurants to help increase exposure and credibility. The three levels for certification are outlined below with a baseline requirement for being a from scratch kitchen.

- Gold certification: 100% farm-to-table. All ingredients are grown by the restaurant or sourced from local and regional farms/purveyors/producers.

- Silver certification: >50% farm-to-table. Over half of the ingredients are grown by the restaurant or sourced from local and regional farms/purveyors/producers.

- Bronze certification: <50% farm-to-table. A portion of the ingredients are grown by the restaurant or sourced from local and regional farms/purveyors/producers.

Review Process

The review process is quick and complimentary. You will submit sourcing information, restaurant thesis, and proof of purchase to myhealthforward@gmail.com.

In exchange for the annual certification of $150/location, you will receive the following.

- A verification seal for marketing on your website, socials, and store.

- A highlight on the farm-to-table restaurant map.

- Special placement in dedicated farm-to-table restaurant lists, posts, and videos.
