Black Beauty Eggplant Seeds

Approximately 200 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free black beauty eggplant seeds (Solanum melongena) per packet. Produces high yields of large eggplants. Plants grow 2-3 feet. Fruit reaches 2 pounds with a purple black color. Great for grilling and roasting. Direct sow 0.25 in deep when soil reaches 70F. Best to start indoors as early as 8-10 weeks before last frost. Keep in direct sun to maintain 75-80F temp. Germination takes 10-14 days. Once 2-3 sets of leaves develop and soil temp reaches 65F, expose to outdoors and transplant. Place 24 inches apart. Add compost. Keep evenly moist. Mulch around plant. 80 days to maturity.
