Cherokee Wax Yellow Bean Seeds

40 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Cherokee Wax Yellow Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) seeds per packet. Compact bush growth that grow to 18-24 inches tall. Produces high yields in as little as 50 days. Pods grow to 6 in long with black beans inside. Bursting with flavor. Grow well in rang of weather. Direct sow 1 in deep at least 1 week after last frost when soil temp reaches 65F. Place 6 in apart in rows 2 feet apart. Germination takes 7-10 days. Does well in even and well drained soil. Avoid overwatering due to risk of rot. Mulch around once established. Needs full sun. Harvest first beans 55 days after germination. Harvest beans daily to promote production. Pick beans when they are 4-6 in long. Plant with corn, cucumbers, carrots, squash, and brassicas.
