Chinese Pak Choi Cabbage "Bok Choy" Seeds

325 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide-free heirloom Chinese Canton Pak Choi Cabbage Seeds (Brassica rapa) per packet. Also called Bok Choy. Staple in Chinese cooking for salads, soups, and stir fries. Direct sow 0.25 in deep as early as 4-6 weeks before last frost 12 in apart. Germinates in 7-10 days. Continue to plant every 2 weeks for successive harvests. Plant again in mid summer for fall harvests. Start harvesting as early as 4 weeks and up to 7 weeks for larger heads. Doesn't store well so cook within a few days or harvesting. Separate from other brassicas.
