Approximately 50+ open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Costoluto Genovese Tomato seeds (Solanum lycopersicum) per packet. Indeterminate. Great slicing tomato and for preserving. Old Italian heirloom originating in Genova. Fluted with deep ribbing and rich red flesh. Grows to 6-8 oz tomatoes. Start indoors as early as 8 weeks before last frost. Sow 0.25 in deep and keep at 70-80F. Germination takes 5-14 days. Keep in direct sunlight. Keep soil moist and well drained. Move seeds to pots when second leaves show. Bury stems up to lowest leaves. Harden to cold for a week and move outdoors when temps stay above 60F. Can’t survive frost. Bury stem up to lowest leaves and support with trellis.
