Approximately 500 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom iceberg lettuce (Lactuca sativa) seeds per packet. Cool weather crop that can be sown outdoors once soil is workable and above freezing. Warm climates can sow again in fall when temperatures drop below 75F. Takes 55-75 days to mature. Plant 16-24 inches apart and thin to 12 inches.
