Cosmic Purple Carrot Seeds

150 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom purple carrot seeds (Daucus carota) per packet. Purple skin and orange flesh. Grow 6-8 in. Rich in anthocyanins and beta carotene. Sweet flavor with a little spicy kick. Form small, raised mounds every 8 in and place seeds in center. Direct sow seeds 0.125-0.25 in deep around 3 weeks before last frost. Usually when soil is between 45-50F. Grows well in loose soil and full sun. Thin to 3 in after seedlings grow. Can plant new seeds every 3+ weeks in cooler climates. Spring and fall crop in warmer climates. Matures in 75 days. Plant with herbs.
