Approximately 1,000 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide-free Wild Roquette Arugula Seeds (Diplotaxis tenuifolia) per packet. Perennial. Spicy flavor that is great in salads, sandwiches, garnishes, and recipes. Use young leaves fresh and cook mature leaves in dishes. Wild roquette variety of arugula, not to be confused with common arugula. Direct sow 2-6 weeks before last frost 0.25 in deep. Space 4-6 in apart. Place in full or partial sun. Continue to plant every 2 weeks until summer temps rise. Cold tolerant perennial. First bottom leaves can be harvested in 14-21 days. Continue to harvest up to maturity at 35-50 days, Sow in late summer for fall harvests. Grow in a greenhouse during winter.
