April Seasonal Produce Guide
Sourcing in-season produce ensures your food contains the most nutrients and flavor. Here is a list of domestically grown produce that is harvested in April! Zone 5 - Last frost expected between end of month to early May.

Zone 6 - Last frost expected mid to late month.

- Direct sow/transplant after last frost: Artichoke, Asparagus, Basil, Bean, Calendula, Celery, Chive, Chamomile, Corn, Cucumber, Dill, Fennel, Fenugreek, Hyssop, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Oregano, Peppers, Thyme, Tarragon, Tomatillo, Tomato. Wait 1-2 weeks for warm weather crops.
Zone 7 - Last frost passed or expected at beginning of month.
