Golden Honey Yellow Watermelon Seeds

Approximately 20 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom Golden Honey Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus) Seeds per packet. Will produce seeded watermelons that breed true to type when kept away from other watermelons. Honey sweet flavor. Heat resistant. Grows to be 10-12 inches in diameter and 16-25 pounds. The original watermelons were yellow. Grows in zones 3-12. Direct sow when daytime soil temp reaches 75F. Sow 0.5-1 in deep in mounds, 6-10 ft apart. Needs full sun and loose soil. Or start indoors 0.5-1 in deep 3-4 weeks before last frost. Heat soil to 75-85F. Harden to cold and transplant outdoors 1-2 weeks after last frost. Place strongest 2-3 seedlings in small mounds, 6-10 ft apart. Matures in 85 days. Plant with dill, beans, and marigold.
