Green Tomatillo Toma Verde Seeds

Approximately 150 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom green tomatillo toma verde seeds (Physalis ixocarpa) per packet. Indeterminate. Grows 8 foot fines and up to weights of 2 oz. Great for salsas and sauces, especially when roasted. Start indoors as early as 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow 0.25 in deep and keep at 70-75F. Keep in direct sunlight. Germination takes 5-10 days. Keep soil moist and well drained. Move seeds to pots when second leaves show. Bury stems up to lowest leaves. Harden to cold for a week and move outdoors when temps stay above 60F. Can’t survive frost. Bury stem up to lowest leaves and support with trellis. Water base 1-2 in per week. 70 days to maturity.
