400 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Italian giant parsley seeds (Petroselinum crispum) per packet. Long, flat leaves with a strong flavor. Plants grow several feet tall and are highly productive. Great for salads, sauces, and dishes. Soak seeds overnight in warm water. Direct surface sow seeds in early spring when soil can be worked. Germination takes 14-35 days. Sow again in fall. Or start indoors and keep soil around 65-70F. Maintain even moisture. Harden to cold and transplant outdoors when soil temp reaches 60F and seedlings are 6 in. Don’t disturb roots and place in full sun. 70 days to maturity.
