Approximately 1,000 wildflower and pesticide free Old Field Goldenrod (Solidago nemoralis) seeds per packet. Native perennial that is hardy and thrives in range of soils. Grows in zones 2-8. Important food source for native bees. Direct sow at the end of fall. Press the seeds into soil surface. Needs light to germinate. Seeds will sprout in the spring. Or for spring planting, stratify in fridge for 60 days and direct sow after last frost. Keep soil moist. Takes 14-21 days to germinate. Once established, goldenrod will thrive in dryer soil. To harvest, cut stems on flowers that just bloomed. Use for medicine. Self-seeds.
