Pimento Sweet Pepper Seeds

Approximately 50 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom pimento sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum) seeds per packet. Great for use as a spice, canning, pickling, and in cooking. Slightly spicy and sweet. 100 – 500 SHU. Start seeds indoors as early as 8 weeks before last frost 0.25 in into pots. Maintain soil temp to 80-85F to germinate, 7-14 days. Use grow light or provide sunlight for 12+ hours a day. Transplant outdoors when soil temp is 65F during the day and over 50F at night. Harden off to cold for a week before transplanting outdoors. Grows well in soil, containers, or bed. 70 days to maturity.
