40 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom provider green bush bean seeds (Phaseolus vulgaris) per packet. Bush bean that produces 6 in long pods with dark purple seeds. Thrives in a range of conditions. Productive and disease resistant. This variety are more tender and lower in fiber than other beans. Direct sow 1 in deep at least 1 week after last frost when soil temp reaches 65F. Place 4 in apart. Germination takes 7-14 days. Plant every 2-3 weeks for continuous harvests. Does well in even and well drained soil. Avoid overwatering. Mulch around once established. Needs full sun. Harvest first beans 7 weeks after germination. Harvest beans daily to promote production. Pick beans when they are 4-8 in long. Plant with corn, cucumbers, carrots, squash, and brassicas.
