Red Cherry Hots Pepper

Approximately 50 open-pollinated, non-gmo, and pesticide free heirloom red cherry hots pepper seeds (Capsicum annuum) per packet. Produces high yields of small 1.5 in peppers. Turn red as they mature. Often pickled or canned for use in Italian cooking. Great spicy bite at 3,500 Scoville Heat Units. Start seeds indoors as early as 8 weeks before last frost 0.25 in into pots. Maintain soil temp to 80-85F to germinate, 7-14 days. Use grow light or provide sunlight for 12+ hours a day. Transplant outdoors when soil temp is 65F during the day and over 50F at night. Harden off to cold for a week before transplanting outdoors. Grows well in soil, containers, or bed. 75 days to maturity.
