Sugar Snap Pea Seeds

30 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom sugar snap pea seeds (Pisum sativum) per packet. Use trellis to contain growth and for support. First snap pea to combine crisp pods with sweet peas. Mildew resistant. Grows to six feet tall. Direct sow 1-1.5 in deep 4-6 weeks before last frost. Take 3-7 days to germinate. Sow in well drained and fertile soil. Place in direct sunlight. Plant 4 in apart. Maintain even moisture but avoid overwatering. Mulch around plants to prevent weeds and keep in moisture. Continuously harvest pods to promote production. Use trellis to contain growth and for support. Plant again in late summer for fall harvests. Harvest in 70 days.
