300 open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Texas early grano onion seeds (Allium cepa) per packet. Short day variety that is grown for high yield and large tops. Top shaped bulbs and thin, light golden skin. Disease resistant and matures in 110 days. Originates from Texas A&M University. Direct sow 2-3 seeds 0.25 in deep after last frost. Space 6 in apart. Prefer fertile, light, and well drained soil. Place in full sun. Germination takes 7-14 days. Or for indoors, start as early as 8-12 weeks before last frost. Keep soil moist and at room temp. Transplant outdoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Matures in 110 days. Warm zones can sow again in fall for winter harvests.
